New anti-harassment and entry laws introduced

An explicit ban on s-xual harassment "in connection with work", and a fit and proper person test for right-of-entry permits, are just two of the reforms included in a new 160-page Western Australian industrial relations Bill. The State has also passed fairer dust diseases protections, and confirmed the start date for its new rail safety laws.
